Yes. Because of our purchasing power and partnership with DHL, we are able to negotiate deeply discounted rates that almost all businesses can not achieve on their own. 99% of the time, we offer our customers significant savings over Fedex and UPS.
3. Who picks up and handles the shipments?
DHL will handle all pickups and deliveries. Unlike other resellers, we do not have a 3rd party that picks up the shipment and transfers it to DHL. This eliminates extra time and extra hands handling the shipments making for faster, more efficient deliveries and reducing the risk of lost shipments.
4. What are the transit times?
Standard transit times to and from most regions around the word are 1-3 business days. Certain exceptions may take 1-2 days longer. Holidays and weekends can also affect transit times.
5. Does DHL provide different transit time services?
DHL only offers an express service. Time definite A.M. deliveries are available in certain countries for an additional fee. Contact EMG9 for rates and additional information.

No. there are no daily, weekly, or monthly pick up fees. Just the standard shipping fees along with fuel and accessorial fees as accrued by DHL (custom duty taxes, residential fees, overweight charges)
